    Even solo. Say what you want to build and which skills you are missing.

  2. People ask to join

    Joining is a comment on your team's issue, so the conversation stays in one place.

  3. Add them to the list

    Edit the issue to add members. Mark the team full when you hit 4 or 5 and it stops showing under "has room".
